Ingredients:

  • Pork (preferably fillet) — 500 g
  • Onions — 2 pieces
  • Mushrooms (button mushrooms or others) — 300 g
  • Cream or sour cream — 200 ml
  • Mustard — 1 tablespoon
  • Flour — 1-2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil — for frying
  • Salt, pepper — to taste Herbs (parsley or dill) — for garnis
Preparation Method:

  1. Slice the pork into thin strips.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then coat it in flour.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
  4. Sear the pork until it reaches a golden color, then transfer it to a plate.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté finely chopped onions until translucent.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until all the liquid evaporates.
  7. Return the pork to the skillet with onions and mushrooms.
  8. Add mustard and cream (or sour cream). Mix thoroughly.
  9. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes until the meat becomes tender.
  10. If needed, add a bit of water or broth.
Serving:
